This experience was very different from others. I usually wait for service to complete; 2-3 hours, This time was 5 hours and no written recommendations or future repair needs attached to the bill. It was odd and I mentioned it to my son. My Prius is 2003, first edition, that I take care of. Days later an email from One Toyota states I was told but declined front suspension and steering linkage repair. Not true. I'm perplexed.

She had no communication with me after my car was finished. In the past the advisor would always go over what was done and results from the inspection. I just received a text telling me to go to the cashier after I saw my car outside and I texted and asked if my car was finished.

Would have given it 5 stars however; Take your checkbook unless you want to pay a fee, which is a percentage of your bill, for using your credit card. It can add up to quite a bit when your bill is in the thousands.!!!😡 Other than that, disappointment, service was very good, which is why we always go back to Oakland Toyota! I won't forget my checkbook next time!!!

It was a great experience from the minute I bought the car. It only took 45 minutes to buy the car start to Finnish, best experience at a dealership I have ever had. The 1st service I received was Saturday and it was equally as satisfying as my car buying experience. I will recommend this dealership to all my friends. Great experience.

Requested a alignment cause my steering wheel is a little off center to the left, after it was done its now off center to the right. There was no paper work for the alignment until i asked for one.
When someone was bringing my vehicle out he hit the cameras that was mounted on the poles. It damaged my rear right hub cap. I told the guy its ok, its just a hub cap. But when I got home I noticed there a small dent on my sliding door near the rear wheel.

This is the second time that your dealership has flat out lied to me and tried to sell me on expensive fixes that were not required. When I got a second opinion on the ABS warning light, it turned out to be completely different. Very easy to deal with the dealer, the price is very transparent selling, not selling overpriced dealer preinstalled options, and they gave me 3 options w/o or with extended warranty and insurance but they won’t bother or push me once I said no, they use e-sign which is the transaction can do it online and save the time for pick up the car, they even provide delivery car service too. Simple and easy to shop a new car, highly recommended!
