Service is done quickly and efficiently Service reps don’t follow up, no personality and still don’t know what’s next in terms of service. Guess I’ll go back to my purchase agreement to see where I stand.

Great experience, Andy was very respectful, thoughtful, helpful, did not rush me, did not oversell the car or react in a pushy way ever, gave me very good attention with multiple options to suit my exact needs. He was a new sales employee, but was very knowledgeable and thorough. The process of getting the documents signed did take a bit long, but the sales person made an effort to take good care of us through the delays and made an effort to make us and the transaction feel special and personal, not just get the sale over and done with so he can move on kind of thing. I highly recommend this dealership.
